L3130 wants to be wider

It looks to me that if you unbolted the rim from the wheel, and bolted it on the center part on the other side, using the holes that are not being used at the moment, then the tire would stick out a lot further than it does now.

If you took the rim off the center of the wheel on the side in the picture, spun it around and bolted it back on, then it would also stick out further, but the tread would be backwards.

That is the way it looks to me...I assume those are four bolts holding the rim to the wheel center... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It looks like your wheels may be mounted in the narrowest position instead of the widest. About 59.8" edge to edge?

Well that is what I am going to do. Unbolt the outer rim and swap sides. Looks kind of ugly but wider is better......unless you are talking about your date!!! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Well.....I thought that was the widest according to other posts I have read.

But I am swapping the rims. I will let all know if it improves stability much.

Do you have a need to make it that wide? I'm just thinking of all mud etc.. that could fly around since the tires are well outside the fenders.

Well....I live in West Virginia.....land of all hills. I thought about the mud slinging but I never go that fast anyway or drive on the roads.
