It looks to me that if you unbolted the rim from the wheel, and bolted it on the center part on the other side, using the holes that are not being used at the moment, then the tire would stick out a lot further than it does now.
If you took the rim off the center of the wheel on the side in the picture, spun it around and bolted it back on, then it would also stick out further, but the tread would be backwards.
That is the way it looks to me...I assume those are four bolts holding the rim to the wheel center... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
