No-- but that is a good idea to keep them from coming apart..Never thought of that.. thanks... Also i finished both of them and posted on L3240 Fix!! as all the final pics..

My mind was stuck on mud flap material. Did you melt the ends to keep them from unraveling?

I used some heavy (5/16ths?) bedliner material that we got at TSC to go in the bottom of the dumpbox. It worked well and while it is probably softer than conveyer belting, it is heavy enough for the little bit of bushhogging that we do.
