I thought they all had to honor the warranty. Kubota Corp is the one paying the tab if there is warranty work needed.....right.
Anyhow, I am now concerned about taking the 4hour 20 min. (each way) trip to Kentucky. The plan was to go this Friday.
No you don't have to take it to dealer, even for the first 50 hour work. I did mine at home. A large percentage of tractors never go back to the dealer.
I do all my service also,never even asked or had anything wrong. Reason I asked is my brother just bought a Mahindra and they require the 50hr service at dealer.
I'm pretty sure that is the dealer, not Mahindra.
I know the salesman bought all my hay equipment from him and don't think he would BS my brother but he may. He got the 8560,said they need to adjust valves or something didn't really listen when my brother was talking,cause I do my own![]()
