L3901 Loader Float Position Problem

Checking in to see if anyone has had a similar issue and/or can offer some guidance. Attempted to place the loader on my Kubota L3901 into the float position, but was unable to due to significant resistance with the joystick. Never has been an issue before. This happened when it was very cold, so thought something might have froze up. Tried again in warm weather and same result.

Also noticed that the loader lock lever will not go into the lock position. Never really use this function, but know it worked when I first got the tractor in 2015. Any suggestions are appreciated.

My L2501 valve did the same thing. Spray the linkage with some Fluid Film and work it until it loosens up. Make sure the "lock" gets loosened up.
