Copyright FlightAware - This is from France, Chalon-Vatry airport in the Champagne region. Always wondered why we don't commonly see the front 3 point hitch like this. My job took me to France for a 3 year assignment 20 years ago and thought how great they were cutting grass before the tires tramped it down. This picture reminded me of the tractor - mower our city had for mowing the horse race track (yes, turf track). Had to have a perfect surface for the ponies and the front mounted mower coupled with the wings in the rear resulted in about 10 meter cutting width and a billiard table smooth track surface.

Front 3 point hitch and pto is an option for some farm tractors, but it's a big money option!

My Grasshopper DOES have a front 2 point hitch and pto, and it's a great mowing tractor!

It's also pretty good with some other tools on the front too...

IF, I don't mow my grass pretty soon, I'm going to have to use a rotary cutter on it! lol

It's a Massey, go to a Massey dealer and they can get you one just like it, they are available here with front 3 point and pto...

Then your wish will come true...
