Leaky loader quick connects

I recently removed the FEL on my Branson 2910 to gain access for the 50 hour service. The system works pretty well to remove it. It was off for about a week and a 1/2. When I reinstalled it and hooked up the hydraulics, one of the quick connects started leaking. Do they sell the female QC's at TSC or similar stores? I am not close enough to one to just stop by.

Have you tried taking it back off again and cleaning it, or re-installing several times to see if it stops. There might be "shmootz" in the way /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I had to recently change out the o-ring in one of mine. It must have gotten pinched somehow. I just bought one at a local parts store.

I also had this problem on my 3510, I just took them off and put them back on and they stopped leaking. As for tsc they do not have the qc like on our loaders. I have been looking for them to run remote lines to the rear of my tractor.

I found the same problem as Big Lug when I went to reconnect my loader after taking it off to get navigate my garage a little better while hooking up my backhoe. Look in the female end of your QC coupler that is leaking and see if you can locate a small piece of rubber floating about. I am fairly confident that you just need a new O-ring. I picked up a whole pack of 10 at Lowes for under $1. A small pair of needle nose pliers will make removing and installing the O-ring a little bit easier.
