LED LIghts added to B2650

Actually, LEDs are down to about $12 too! I bought some for my boat and got two for $22. A couple years ago I paid $120 each for the LEDs on my Kubota, which is nuts. Prices have really come down.

The crazy thing is that I see many sellers still offering the LEDs for big bucks, but they are the same Chinese knockoffs you can buy elsewhere for $12. So buyer beware with these lights.

?Link to seller? Pls :)

Hi Porchfan,

Those lights look nice & toss a nice light in the woods!

You mentioned you're thinking of maybe using some external conduit for the wires. Would the conduit interfere with folding the ROPS down?

If you run the wiring inside the ROPS via drilling holes in your ROPS and run the wires inside the square tubing.... I suspect that would involve at least one or two 3/8" hole at the top and another at the bottom of the upright ......are you at all concerned about weakening the ROPS protection capabilities?

BarnieTrk

I route my wiring through air Brake tubing (common on fuel tankers). It will bend without kinking, protects the wire from kinking and can be attached to the ROPS with long cable ties.

I just got a pair of these for augmenting my forward and rear 27W LED lights. They should light up the sides nicely. Mine were $18 delivered, and I am impressed with the apparent quality.

Nice, Varmint. I'm looking forward to hearing how you like the spots once you get them mounted. I'm assuming from your comment that you'll mount them pointed directly out to either side. Not sure I'll add side lights to my NX4510, but was thinking floods would illuminate a bit better immediately to the sides if I do.

Great idea. What diameter do you use? I'm thinking air brake tubing may be a better way to protect video camera cable than wire loom when I finally get around to installing my FEL bucket camera.

Hey Varmint,

Those look good too, I guess momma will get the other ones 'cause she wouldn't like these ones on her car, but I'ma get me a pair of these too.

That would be interesting -- I have never seen air brake tubing. I used a combination of fuel hose and hydraulic sleeving (the black nylon stuff) to run camera wiring through the difficult parts of the FEL where there would be a lot of flex and abuse. Regular split-loom on either side of that section.
