Legal to open carry a pistol on a bicycle in your state?

With over 100,000,000 firearms and 60,000,000 some million handguns in the USA I do not think we have as big a safety problem as the gun haters will have you believe.
I personally know six women who have been carrying guns long before the CC laws were relaxed. They were not about to let their safety be in the hands of others. Most news reports do not cover when a firearm is used to defend a person or a family.

Try and CC with shorts and a tank top. Not many places to conceal. Course I guess they could ride with coats on.

Fanny pack is common bicycle wear. Yes, a fanny pack often screams "gun" but in this setting it would not be out of place.

Yes sir pistols and all long arms.I guess if you mean we have to fill out paperwork to get approved to purchase a firearm than yes.

From what I can read on the net, handguns must be registered with either the city police or the county sheriff. and there is also a permit to purchase required for handguns.

Thanks, I guess that wouldn't surprise me for CA, NY, MA and maybe a couple others but it does for Michigan.

I carry pepper spray on my motorcycle out of concern about the ability to deploy a gun.

I did not realize MO had that law. Here no such thing. Only do paper when you buy from a dealer. Private sales are open.
I did my CC in MO and KS since I live on the border with Kansas City. Registering was not covered.

Had a local guy here who walked into the local supermarket with his open carry pistol showing.While waiting in line to pay for his groceries some yo yo behind him grabbed his gun out of his holster and asked WHY to you need this .A wrestling match started for the gun as fortune would have it the gun owner did get is weapon back.Cops were called and the dumb chit who tried to get the gun got a warning from the police.
