This is a shot of my hydraulic chute rotator that I use on the front snowblower on my BX2230.

Hers's my OM-50 and OLMJDG-50 They used to be about 1hp but now they are down to about 1/10hp Ball joints are going but I can get a couple hours out of them. They only need 12OZ of fuel at a time and by 36OZ power level starts to fade and they go back into the garage. As you can see I favor red and green snow removers. Next year I'm looking at the YK-11 to replace these two units, and I should have few worries after that.

ya, those models are sure old...and very unreliable also...especially if you overfuel them with 12oz'ers

Yes - I have the shark's mouth that I was going to mount on the sides - but the grill got in the way. :tractor:

My father-in-law had one just like that about 40 years ago. Your picture brings back memories. It was a good snow mover. He had a "Heat-a-lator" for it. It mowed good too. But it seemed to take all summer for me to plow 5 acres with it.

me too!!!!!! Polaris Ranger, full cab, heat. this is for the 2" to 8" stuff; more than that go to JOHN DEERE 2440 with loader and 8' back blade
