No one talks about their Massey's cause they're too busy sitting on them getting work done! I've got a gc1710 with 250 hours. It's been an absolutely awesome machine. The only things I broke were things I broke due to my own stupidity (tail lights on trees anyone?). I won't even look at the orange or green ones for the work my Massey's given me...and it's been so awesome I wanna add more and not give up my baby for the next one!

That's the spirit. Would love to see better support and marketing as it seems at least in my area that massey dealers are shutting doors and very long distances apart while kubota and deere are all in close proximity.

Maybe it would be fitting if their marketing was something along the lines of "Not your Father's Oldsmobile" :laughing:

A couple of bankruptcy and many dealers closing keep most people from knowing about and considering massey

Yes, i agree so i say we, as satisfied massey owners it is up to us to take a moment from enjoying our prize machinery to get the word out that these machines need strong consideration in the buying process and encourage more dealers to carry brand and insist the main brains get it together.

I would add to that, that they need to take a page out of the Kubota/John Deere handbook and really do a better job of marketing their equipment. AGCO is a large company and really has no excuse for doing a better job with that.

Every year I see late winter/early spring ad's for those other 2 brands, and while they're good in their own right AGCo/Massey/Iseki has a machine to really be proud of.

keep in mind the more commercials you want to see representing Massey's brand will up the price of our machines. Id rather not see them advertise. Good brands don't need television advertisement to recognize them as a quality brand

There's a balance there...it's not about having commercials in Mass but rather well placed/targeted ads. Social/web media and radio commercials have the best reach in terms of numbers and are also cheaper than traditional tv. Plus, done right should yield effective results which should counteract price to customer due to volume of units sold
