Most of these are mods of existing equipment. Typical machine is one spring loaded chisel plough or heavy duty sweep cultivator. Remove the sweeps and bolt a 4" to 6" grader plate (#8 bolts) Each grader attaches to at least 4 spring bars. Worth a look

Since you just purchased the property you could also chisel plow the field and destroy the under ground burrows. Just leveling the field is temporary at best as the pesky rodents will just resurface.
