I see by the first picture the foreman is keeping an eye on you. Got'a love the CK30 don't you?
I have had mine for over a year and love it. Sure makes kepping the land a breeze and it's fun to boot.

I just finished a similar job myself a few weeks ago. Had 10 yards of dirt delivered and used the fel and rear blade to straighten out some pretty bad washouts I had from when the yard was first planted a few years ago. Did it right this time by re-routing water away from the area and laid seed blankets down in the steeper areas.

Besides being a little hot, it wasn't nearly as hard as I expected. It was nice to get a little seat time doing something besides bush hogging.

Nice looking machine and property you have there.
You have been spreading your top soil out, while I have been stacking mine up for later projects.

I extended my parking area in front of the house and dug some colvert/drainage ditch along the driveway.
The topsoil I removed there will be used for other areas of the property as time permits

Vince - that pile looks very much like the one I had to move last Summer with the LK3054. I used it to build a nice bank below the riding ring. It took a bit of time, but it came out nice and has finally got some grass established.

Chris,
My front yard is pretty much done and leveled. I used the topsoil from digging/building my driveway to get it all smooth and leveled up. (My driveway is approx. 650' long and 10' wide if that gives you an idea of the amount of top soil I moved from there /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif)
Behind the house/backyard still needs some work. That is where this topsoil will go, slowly over time.
I never run out of tractor projects here /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
