I bought the TSC/CountyLine/Tarter Lightweight Boom Pole today.

Price tag on implement: $129.99 - $13.00 ((-10% COUPON)) = $116.99 + $8.19 Sales Tax = $125.18 NET PRICE.

Total width at Lower Link pins 26". Weight 66 pounds.

Boom Pole fit easily in my wife's small Subaru Forester with seats down.

I'll rig 'er up Friday.

Good deal, a little tinkering & you'll have it going.

I've chained a sectional spike toothed drag harrow to a boom pole for road transport, don't see why you couldn't do it with a chain harrow.

Pictures along the way would be helpful. I've got similar ideas and just not sure how to go about it.

For you, DOGS, pictures in plenty. Maybe COLOR pictures.

Egon,

I would think that you could take that picture and the dimensions of your hitch to a local welder, and he could make you one out of scrap for less than either of those cost.

That price is ridiculous, IMO.
