If I have a JD ballast box filled with cement and try lifting it with a chain attached to the the top link pin ... will it support the weight?

But I do have a D-Ring welded to the rear of my BB so I have two points to lift from.

Any weight in that ballast box ?
Could add chain support to the lower lift pins if worried about the top link pin (I wouldn't, but additional support, including a chain wrap around the entire box).
