Link/pull arm quick attach devices

Extendable or telescoping auto-locking lower arms are a great convenience hooking up to heavy implements.
Note that the ball ends allow for up and down plus fore and aft adjustment of the implement. That ability to offset and tilt really helps in some situations and is not possible with the euro hooks.
Why do you say offset and tilt doesn’t work with euro hooks ?

Wonder how easy it would be to manufacture those hooks so that you slide out and remove your OEM ball ends and insert the hooks on tractors with extendable arms?
I'm sure it's possible. I know @MtnViewRanch sells them and welds them as needed. I've seen pictures he shared where he retained the extendable arms while using the hooks.

In my opinion, and having used the hooks, I see no point on retaining the extendable arm feature. The way you use this, is to back to an implement, with the hooks sitting lower than the pins and balls on the attachment, once the hooks are in the right spot, lift the arms and you're good to go.

However, if I were adapting the hooks to a tractor with extendable arms, I can see how it would make sense to retain that feature since it helps mounting the hooks on those arms.

I'm very curious as well, since the hooks retain the ball joint allowing for movement in pretty much all axis. Something the PATs can't do.

I really like the extendable arm feature and use it a lot when hooking up to heavy equipment, it’s usually much easier than having to get the tractor 100% square with the implement. I do wish the extendable arms extended a little longer, mine only extend about 3 1/2 inches. Have heard that some extend about 10 inches which would be great but I have never seen any that extend that far myself.

I use the hooks to bump the implement square with the tractor. Doesn't need to be perfect as the hooks do the rest of the work.
