Not just tractor dealers. Most areas with any agriculture going on have a tire dealer that offers in the field service from the same truck that goes out to fix truck tires. All the tools needed and a mechanic that has done it many times. Takes all the hassel out of it.

Why pay some one for a service I am totally capable of doing myself ???

That's just being plain LAZY ! and a waste of money !

I expect the tire technician knows a thing or two I don't so is more totally capable at it then I am. As for lazy I plead guilty and getting worse every year. When I was younger and poorer I'd do such things on my own. Not so much anymore.
I have a rule about do it yourself plumbing that applies. You can do it wrong, cause you don't know how, then take it apart and do wrong again, cause your still learning, then take it apart and go get new parts cause you cut them off too short and get it right the third time and still be cheaper then having your plumber do it for you.
