Any idea where this 3 point feedback arm is? How do you adjust it?

Sounds as if 3 pt feedback rod is adjusted incorrectly causing 3 pt relief valve to open when 3 pt is fully raised therefore lowering available hyd pump output plus causes hyd oil to heat while relief valve is open.

I forgot earlier, but I experienced exactly that.

It's because the hydraulic pump might not have a very high output so it's trying to send hydraulics to both the 3 point and the loader

Feedback rod should be on rockshaft arm that 3 pt lift arm attaches to. It will have a turnbuckle. When 3 pt is fully raised if you hear a squealing noise then this FB rod needs adjusting to where squealing stops.

Have you tried closing the shut off valve while your operating the loader?

I have another question. When my 3 points is engaged, my loader moves much more slowly than when I release the 3 point lever. Any thoughts on this??

It depends on the flow path.

If the flow goes to the 3pt first and then the loader, the 3pt will have priority and take the fluid from the loader.

If the flow goes to the loader first, and you use full lever, you should have all the flow available.

However, if you only use half lever, you will provide half flow to other valve.

There are some tractors that supply the steering circuit first and after a certain rpm, the pump is producing more fluid for the other hyd circuit such as the loader.

Also, you don't usually use both valves at the same time.

Your dealer can do a flow and pressure test.

I see that your tractor has a hyd block in the middle, so the pump feeds the loader first and then the 3pt.

If you are using the loader and then use the 3pt, you will cause back pressure to affect the loader valve.

As I said before, if you have the loader lever fully engaged, then there is no fluid for the 3pt.

What loader are you using.

I don't think I can tell what loader is on it. My thirst thought is that it was a factory loader, but I couldn't find any lettering or numbers, so I think its been repainted. Although I don't think there are any identifying marks on it, where would be the best place to look for these numbers?
