in the first picture the inside lever controls my lift the out side lever controls my curls. The back picts are where the feed and return lines attach for the loader.

so as you guys can see my valve body is in the rear end of the tractor off of the main pump. I dont have the normal multicontrol stick of the new style loaders. I am thinking if i wire up some selonoid valves i can still do it off of the internal pumps, I would have to do it on the curls.

Grsthegreat,

Sir, your set-up is the one I'm most looking forward to see working this winter! Lots of photos and video are in order! :licking::D

RockGod you need a Horst 4000 loader blade for your machine when I get my 3000 blade in I will do some videos for you.

NW I wish I could help but I just don't know diddly about your unit.

With that said, a diverter is what you are describing. You "divert" the bucket curl/dump to another function (usually a grapple open/close) temporarily with an electrical solenoid that diverts the hydraulic flow from the curl dump to your auxiliary circuit. It seems like it would work with what I THINK I am looking at, but I just am not that experienced to figure it out by a couple pics over the internet. Sorry man

I don't know if this will help you at all.

I had an old Allis Chalmers garden tractor, that I put hydraulics on. I used a 60's style GM power steering pump(stretched the spring inside to increase the pressure), connected the lines to an old valve, and cylinder from an old Gilson garden tractor. It worked perfectly.

Hey nwngunner,

I added a 3rd remote to a setup similar to yours (I think). Purchased from "Add-a Valve". I mounted the valve bodies (I think they're just an electromagnetic switch) up on the cross bar of my loader frame (sort of where my hydraulic lines already were). I put the valves "inline" with my curl function (ie - tapped into those lines for hydraulics) so hydraulic fluid goes thru the valve to my curl cylinders UNLESS I hold down the button on my curl function lever while curling - then the 3rd function gets the hydraulic flow instead. Works pretty good - the weakest part of the whole setup is the button/handle that came with it to mount on my curl lever.

Let me know if you want me to post a pic although I'm pretty embarrassed by my work when I see the top quality craftsmanship of many who post here.

Where did you find those valves, can you provide some links please.

Sorry - I sort of forgot about this topic. Here's the link to the company (V and M multiplier valve) I got my setup from and I'll see if I can get a couple of pics uploaded here.
