I sure hope you are not talking about me. There are a lot of things I hate to be called but being called CLINTONESQUE sure hurts.

Update on the deceased:
Was arrested for speeding in local town as was his brother so... They put up a sign proclaiming speed trap ahead (bogus claim.) The local FFA boys tore it down. They put it up again and tied it to some fence posts. FFA boys tore it down. (Oh, the local COP i.e. Chief of Police is well liked by the FFA boys and many other locals including me.) The brothers set the post in a 55 gal drum of concrete and chained it to a HD pipe fence post and put up "guy wires" to secure the sign. Yesterday a neighbor of the deceased (land owner) asked me to help remove the sign. I was happy to do so. There are three brothers with three adjacent houses. The shared pond is on the absent brother's property but is used by both resident brothers and the deceased. The deceased is NOT related to any of the three property owning brothers but lived in the absent brother's house with some sort of arrangement.
The tractor was some import with narrow wheel base and a folding ROPS which the deceased NEVER EVER erected. He had rolled the tractor over on its side a previous time when brush hogging the uneven terrain of the road side and was rescued by one of the two resident brothers with a 4x4 truck.
The deceased man's transportation was a PU truck fitted with a breathalyzer on the ignition switch due to his multiple convictions for DWI. At the time of his death he had not held a valid driver's lisc for over a year but drove anywhere any time any way.
There is sort of a pattern regarding his being a scofflaw, a DWI kinda guy, a non ROPS user, one who ridicules anyone who disagrees with him and on and on and on...
Not everyone is a nice guy. Not everyone has a good attitude. Not everyone is an accident waiting to happen. The good news is he only killed himself and not some innocent family out on the highway.
