Loflin Manufacturing attachments

I purchased a root grapple from Loflin Manufacturing for my Kioti DK55 and have since put 100+ hours on the unit. Love it. No problems whatsoever.

Yesterday I went to put the grapple on the tractor to move some firewood. With the black flies biting, I struggled to to relieve the pressure on the cylinders so I could attach the unit. Not a happy experience (if you're a New Englander - you KNOW black flies!)

I found an 800# on the grapple. I called for tech support. It was close to quitting time, so I had no expectations that anyone would be around to field my questions.

In less than 1 minute I had someone on the phone, talking me through the process of relieving pressure on the cylinders so I could hook up the grapple.

I was amazed. I ALWAYS applaud excellent customer service. In this case, not only do they build an excellent product (at an EXCELLENT price), they have absolutely TOP NOTCH customer service.

I have nothing to do with the company, just a very satisifed customer who will now bend over backwards to purchase my next implement from them.

I had heard of them before and knew that they were located somewhere in this area, but I did not know how the name was spelled. They make toothbars, which I'm sort of shopping for. Since your post showed me how to spell their name I looked them up and gave them a call. They gave me a cash price on their toothbar which is the best price I've seen on a good toothbar. They are about an hour from me, so I think I will go pick one up.

And you are right, they were very helpful on the phone.
