Log-in

Why do I have to enter my user name and password every time? I realize that I can enter and view what ever I want without logging in, I just choose to so I show up as a member rather than guest.
My real question is, even though I select the "Remember me" box, it doesn’t remember me on my own computer. Am I doing something wrong? Not a real problem but is an inconvenience.

It's got to be a setting on your computer. I never log in and when they upgraded to the new software, I had a heck of a time trying to figure out who I was!!! Since then, I haven't loged in and don't remember my information any more.

Do you log -off? Maybe be a dumb question, but when I first started using several forums that required log ons, I would log-off each time when leaving. guess I'm pretty dumb

I don't know if "cookies" is enabled or not, however I seem to have a lot of cookies show when I check for them. I don't very often go in and delete the cookies, probably should do that more often than I do.
I'm not sure where I would find a setting within the computer to remember me.
Yes I do "Log Out" every time I'm done. Ill try NOT logging out a few times and see if it is as simple as that.

Well, you answered your own question.

If you log out then when you return you will have to log in. Don't log out and you won't have to log in.
