Greetings!
I've been hanging out out here for quite a while, but finally registered since I bought my neighbors GC2300.
Basically, just saying HI!
It's a 2005, with a FEL, Box Blade and Auger w/9" bit. Ag tires and 185 hours.
My neighbor bought it new, and mostly used it for a power shovel/lifter. She's elderly, and has a bad back, so she could only lift things up about a foot off the ground. For example, she would park it close to her garden, fill the bucket with weeds she'd pull and then go dump them on her weed pile. She finally reached the point where she was in too much pain to climb on and off of it.
I've put about 30 hours on it with little stuff around my house, and it has about 50 hours of other actual work on it. The rest of the hours are from her putting around her property. So very little real use, and it's in excellent shape.
My wife and boys went over and picked it up, but I won't get to play on it until I get home....I'm currently doing some work in the middle east.
Starting to look for a tiller and I'd love to get a backhoe for it, but as with everything, price will be the deciding factor.
Anyways, lots of good info here, best site I've found so far.
Regards,
NV
