Is my problem solved?

I have a hip that pops out of joint so that side will sit a 1/2" lower then the other hip. Never realized that was my issue until I had back pain for about 6 weeks and decided I better go to the doctor.

He had me stand straight and checked my hips. And pointed out that one side was lower than the other.

I've been dealing with it for years now and can immediately tell now if it popped out.

I've also figured put a similar move to get it to pop back in.

If it's being really stubborn, I can lay on the couch with that leg hanging off the couch. After a few rotations side to side with the leg, it will pop back in.
Yikes! I'm glad you know to fix it.

Different antihistamines target different pathways in the body. Zyrtec hits one. Allegra another. Both are OTC. Singulair (monteleukast) targets a third. For some folks taking more than one can help, but check with your doctor first...

All the best,

Peter

I've always had problems with sinus/ear infections especially the past few years. Had a series of them in 2023 and lost much of my hearing in my right ear. Had several more in 2024. Took all kinds of antibiotics and steroids both of which caused other problems. And I've had several procedures on that ear to try to regain some hearing. Earlier this year my daughter convinced me to go to her chiropractor. She has had migraines since high school, about two a month for nearly twenty years of really bad ones. She was skeptical but a friend insisted that this guy could help her so she went to him. And since going to this guy she has not had a single migraine. So I started going to him even though I've always regarded them as witch doctors at best. Not a sinus infection this year so far instead of the usual four or five trips to the doctor.

BUT!!

My wife started having a rash on her arms about a year or so ago. Around the first of the year she finally went to a dermatologist to have it checked out. Not gonna go thru the whole story but she has developed an allergy caused by something contained in the COVID vaccine. Doctor said it had become very common. Said to never take another of that type vaccine. Anyway, when she started having these rashes I started changing our laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc.. Now everything we use is the Free and Clear type with no dyes, perfumes, or other additives.

I just realized this past week that my lack of sinus infections could be the result of the change in laundry supplies and not the chiropractor. Any idea?

RSKY
This only happens when people switch their laundry detergent from ItchyEyes-n-Sneeze to Free-n-Clear. You should of given up on that brand a long time agoooo. :ROFLMAO:

Man, oaks were BAD this year! I have to start wearing a respirator when I mow or I'll be coughing for a couple hours afterwards.
I'm fine with white oaks, less tannins. Red oak is the worse.
The pollen is so fine, you would need the highest level of reading glasses to see it in the air.

Oak pollens are 40 µm in size, with an irregular outer layer (exine) and three tapered apertures (furrows). These pollens are tricolpate comprising of three grooves with verrucate (wart-like) or scabrate (isodiametric rough structure) on the exterior surface (1). Que a 1 is identified as the most potential allergen from the pollens of this oak species (6).

And chances are, those with oak allergies have a sensitivity to ginkgo and grass species like timothy grass.

Timothy grass gets me along with oak pollen.

I moved to an oak forest with a cow pasture across the street with Timothy grass

If you have a powerful flashlight you can see the pollen after dark by shining it up in the air and looking across the beam.

The light will reflect off the pollen.

I discovered this accidently.

Now my wife will look outside and catch me playing light saber with the flashlight beam and the pollen while walking the pooch

There's also PurpleAir air quality gizmos to keep track of your outdoor air quality. PurpleAir.com

But I'm sure that light sabers are much more fun.

All the best,

Peter
