Long white space at top of forums

Everything was okay a couple of hours ago, but now it's back. The administrators must be trying to solve the problem, because there was a "TEST" thread sent out.

Yep ...White space at top of every click and page is back for me to..11:58 Eastern

Only on the forums. Rest of this website appears to be ok. checked with different browsers -- safari, chrome and IE. On a windows 7 machine.
