His real things and his toys are both fantastic. He has several corporate clients.

this guy must have one heck of a metal shop, and where does he get the glass or plexieglass of such odd shapes to fit that cab so nicely. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

( Junkman, there is a name for people with your sense of humor.

However, I am not going to post it here, for obvious reasons. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif )

OK........ you don't appreciate my sense of humor.... That is OK, because I don't appreciate some of the other things that happen on TBN either. The only thing is that when I get really fed up and make the post that everyone else is thinking about, the moderators delete it. I don't know if they keep score, but if they do, I know that I have to be in the lead. The other thing is that I do appreciate all the words of encouragement that I receive when I make these type of posts from those that feel the same way. I only wish that the powers to be would be a little more even handed with the delete button. Seems that one person can trample on others, but when I make a post about how it is wrong, my post is deleted and I get a PM. You can please some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Junkman,

I apologize that you didn't understand the dig I was making about your sense of humor, I can be a really smart alec (or another unprintable term) myself. You really suckered me into looking at the TBN site with your phony link, I was laughing so hard at my dumb, naive attitude my spouse came into the den to see what I was acting like an idiot about.

Your sense of humor is a real asset to the TBN site and you add a lot of color to the posts. I too think the moderators are a little heavy handed at times and the censorship can be a little extreme, but, what can we do about it? As a former boss once told me, gripe a little, you will feel better.

Once again, I apologize that you thought I was being critical of your sense of humor. I thought the grin /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif would let you know I wasn't being serious.

I apologize that you didn't understand the dig I was making about your dig about my sense of humor. I am really smart alack (censored term) myself. You didn't suckered me into anything at the TBN site with your post. I knew all along what I was doing and you just provided the appropriate time and place to do it. I was laughing so hard at my rant, that my naive spouse came into the room to tell me what an idiot I am to keep doing these things.

Both of our senses of humor are a real asset to the TBN site and you add a lot of color to the posts. I definitely think the moderators are a little heavy handed at times and the censorship is very extreme, but, what can we do about it? As a former girl friend once told me, gripe a little, you will see my back as I walk out.

Once again, I apologize that you thought, that I thought, but we all know that some didn't think, that one of us, was being critical of the moderators. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif ROFLMAO... I thought you would have seen the grin on my face and would know I wasn't being serious. You ought to see the one now!!!!!

Ya'l are both nuts. I too was suckered in to clicking the link. I am on Junkman's e-mail list and he sends some pretty good stuff offline.

On the subject of the website and the stuff this guy builds. He is truly talented. I took machine shop in high school and was constantly chastised by the teacher for making "other than useful projects". The first was a 1/64th scale bush hog for one of my toy tractors. It wasn't nearly as nice as that guys stuff. My big project was a cannon. I started with a 40 lb piece of round stock and turned a barrel. I had the cabinet shop build me a 4 wheel carriage. The cannon looks like one on a pirate ship. I was planning on boring it out to shoot a golf ball but couldn't find the right sized bit. I ended up with a "C" size battery bore. I have no idea how far it will go but it will punch through a 2"X6" piece of pressure treated lumber effortlessly.

Anybody who spends as much time on TBN as ME is obviously not one of the sharper tools on the rack. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
