G'day,
I usually post in the Kioti thread and I noticed one particular thread that stated that not many owners ever wash down their tractors after major mud use or even polish or wax them.
On our farm we were taught as kids to hose down the tractors and implements after each use major use and also take about 15 minutes per day to add extra grease gun spots and protective sprays to the gear.
This way it keeps your tractors and implements in excellent condition and in the long run saves you a lot of money in future trade-in evaluations.
All of our tractor implements are housed in two huge sheds to protect them from the elements. Each tractor also has their own individual 'donga' type sheds.
Many farmers over the years just leave all their gear outside to end up as rusted heaps, why waste money?
