I thought I read that Coldwater was no longer around, as well as not being able to find an actual website. After doing a little more research today though I think I may have found him and will give him a call on Monday as well. The number and information was from January 2016 but a lot more recent then some of the other stuff I came on.

They apparently just discontinued their web site for some reason, but still in business at last, (recent), word

That's my understanding too, the business is ongoing but he decided any kind of online presence was just a nuisance so contact has to be by phone or in person.

Coldwater is still around......at least they were a few months ago. They are right outside Hoquiam. They used to import lots of tractors....not sure they still do too much of that. They do build loaders and backhoes.......they were selling quite a few......good products for the money.

well, you won't find a pretty painted yanmar. He only had / has good original tractors

I looked at a grey market tractors from Tractorco several years ago. I did some research and was not impressed with what I found. There are two kinds of Grey market tractors. The first are those used in Japan or elsewhere and imported as is. The second kind are junk tractors that are overhauled in Vietnam, parts from various salvaged tractors are mixed, matched and pieced together, then painted to make them look nice.
This is what Tractorco sells.

Here's the website several years ago with photos of their source in VN.

Hmm, thank you for finding that. I am curious how you did that, though I would never be able to duplicate it. They certainly put a good marketing spin on the "re-manufacturing process".
