<font color="orange"> ( Once again, Kioti showing list prices or allowing dealers to show list prices would help out new buyers..my opinion..)

I've got to put my two cents worth in here as well. When you would like to see a list price, what would be included in this price? I know all the standard features that this tractor would have would be included, but does it include freight to where ever? Does it have to include any options (FEL, Backhoe, mid PTO, rear remotes, etc...) or are they to be listed separately? I think Deere is the only one that has something like this aren't they? To me, some people can misinterpret a list price. I live in Nova Scotia and where I bought my Kioti the dealer is not a big dealer so freight will dictate a substantial cost of the machine just from the fact that if he didn't have the particular model in stock, he would have to have it shipped LTL (less than load) which is quite a bit more expensive than if he could hire out a full load for the truck or if you weren't in a hurry, you could wait until he had enough orders to fill a truck to get the cheaper freight rate. Does Kioti, Kubota, Deere, etc.. help dealers with freight subsidies to ensure equal pricing throughout the countries? (i don't know) All I know is that my dealer made the comment that it is cheaper to get a full truck load of tractors than to get one or two at a time. Next, if the dealer had a certain model of tractor on the lot, but he ordered it in with a few options on it, someone comes in off the street and knows the list price without realizing there were any options on it and the dealers price is higher than the list price he seen on the website. Unless the dealer can do a good methodical explaination as to why it is higher then the customer is not likely going to have a good first impression. When I was pricing I first asked what the list price with the options I wanted was and stated that I was trying to sell, not trade, my other tractor first and when I did I was definately going to purchase another tractor (I hoped I could before the wifey changed her mind). Every dealer is different, one dealer may like to dicker where the next does not. If the dealer is not on the level he will either fall in line or fall to ruins in time. All of the dealers that I dealt with were good people to talk too, with the exception of one. I think list is misleading to a point if your not aware of what you are asking for. I think I've got two dollars worth instead of two cents worth or is it two tenths of a cent worth, I don't know, my heads hurtin, I'm going to bed, good night and sweet tractor dreams!
