Low center of gravity tractor?

Some of the ones I've seen have tires that look about 18" wide. Never stopped to look close, but the fenders cover way less than 1/4 of the tread width.

The LCG is basically an all purpose tractor with short spindled front axle halves and a different ring gear and pinion in the rear axles to accomodate the lower profile wheels. One could consider swapping the foregoing for standard all purpose parts. Probably a pricy solution.
