LS MT225s backhoe removal

Hello all,
I purchased my tractor in the fall and just getting to a point of wanting to use 3 pt hitch and lighten it up for mowing. I made a wooden dolly for the backhoe and went to remove it, however, the PTO shield is in the way of removing the 2 top pins of the backhoe. I cant even back them out far enough to pass the subframe. Gonna stop at dealer to inquire this week after work, but figured I’d ask here incase it can save me a trip.

Does the shield fold up to give enough clearance??

Did you try removing the pto shield? Maybe the shield is bent slightly?

I'd just remove that shield... and if it finds it's way to the scrap metal bin...
