LS XG3032 Regen/dpf problems

Has anyone seen or read about the
sensor covered with soot that caused
the regen every few hours?

I have am xg3032 aswell does anyone know where or if there's a diagnostic port on this model tractor?

So far I have not been able to locate one. Looking at wiring harness in parts breakout does not show one.

BEWARE! I have a 2015 XG3032 and it has been a huge money pit. I just spent $4,700 for a LS dealer to fix it and it is not fixed. I am working on removing said system on the tractor to revitalize or this thing is getting sold for parts. I literally had the tractor for a couple months before going into regen. Now I am $15,000 into this thing. If you have not seen the thread, check out, "READY TO BURN THIS THING TO THE GROUND". It has some useful information in it.

If it was my problem (so far so good on my DPF), I would take it to a really good diesel shop and see about disabling the DPF system.

Your tractor is out of warranty so no issues there. It seems to me there should be a way to bypass or disable the DPF.

As to the fuel consumption issue. When my tractor regens, I just keep using it. It may burn a bit more fuel than the normal 1800 rpm I usually run it. I suppose if you have to let the tractor sit there while it regens you are wasting 20 minutes of fuel every 50 hours. How much is that? Maybe 1/2 gal? What am I missing?
