I have a LX3310 with approx. 65hrs on and use it for residential purposes only. Most wood collecting on our acreage and blowing snow in the winter to grading drive. I have gone through three regen cycles with no issues, all were level 1 and had the tractor revs high, all went well. Two weeks back I drove her about 2 miles to do a favour for someone to move and spread a couple loads of wood chips they had. I drove it in 2nd at max revs and then put her into 4wd when I got to their place, kept the revs max and spread the chips around for an hour. I then proceeded back home in 2nd, max revs and during the whole time, no indicator lights for a regen occurred and no warning beep or beeps. When I got home, parked her in the garage and sat in the cab for 10-15 at min revs to cool her down. Again no warning lights or beep(s). Went out yesterday to start her up, waited for the glow plug light to turnoff and she started fine. I heard a single beep and of course looked at the panel assuming it was asking for level 1 regen as it was a single beep only. I see the red indicator light on and am thinking what is that? I stopped the tractor and got out the user manual and see it’s level 4 and needs a dealer service? I am confused over how it went to level 4 and did not give me any warning lights or beep(s) prior to this? Also when I did that favour, I figured worse case if regen is needed that running at max revs for a level 1 would be fine. What am I missing here?
Tractor is going in Wednesday this week and I think the ECU should tell the dealer soemthing but my mind is like WTH! What did I miss???
