I was just wondering who all had M series Kubota tractors and what you did with yours. Post some pics if you want! Below is mine totin' a bale one day when I was feeding. No, the feed on the hood wasn't counterweight!:D I was hauling it from the truck to the barn.

I dont know if it really counts but I have a MX5000. I use it to feed hay, rake under the pecan trees, dig post holes, plant seed, work the garden, and as of lately I have added a front end loader so am embarking on some new tasks.

Pics? What kind of FEL did you put on it and what did it set you back if you don't mind me knowing. I'm expecting to pay $3500-5000. Does that sound about right?

Just ordered an M6040 this afternoon (I'll have it next week). I opted for the Hydro-shuttle, and added a FEL w/ bucket and hay spear. It'll be used for moving/stacking hay rolls, spreading manure, grooming pastures, mowing, and anything else tractor-wise that might come up around our little draft horse farm.

And, surprisingly, I got a very good trade allowance on my 2003 B7800 (w/ FEL and MMM). That pretty much sealed the deal. In fact, it almost put me in a 7040. ;)

I have an M8200 cab tractor, MFWD, hydraulic shuttle, all features available and FEL with HD bucket. It has been problem free after 5 years and 340 hours on the meter. The heating and A/C system is awesome -- better than any vehicle I've owned. I use it for restoring this old 300 acre farm that's been in the family over 100 years --- bush hogging and clearing overgrown pastures and fields, cultivating deer plots, maintaining roads, plowing snow, etc.

I have an M95s with a loader. I use it to move dirt, spread gravel, clear small trees and brush, bush hog, plow snow, etc...
I have had it a little over a year and I love the cab, hp, ac and brute strength. :)

I ended up lucking into some old stock for the MX 5000. Because the loader is now obsolete (the mx5000 is no longer in production and the loader was a custom fit for the mx5000), I believe I got a deal. I bought the loader with bucket (a rhino 1595) for a bit less than $3000. Attaching to the tractor was really not that difficult.
