I'm moving a lot of rock and thinking of adding a removeable tooth bar on the standard FEL bucket on the M59. Has anyone done this? Recommendations?
One reason I haven't done this yet is that I use the front lip of the loader for back dragging & smoothing dirt road surfaces and don't want to constantly be removing the tooth bar. The stock M59 FEL bucket doesn't go down quite far enough to smooth the surface without tilting the bucket lip down a bit. If it did, it could back drag with the bucket flat on the ground. As is, I think the teeth will be the part doing the dragging.
What do you think? rScotty.
