M8540 Loader Decision

i've got the la1353 on my m8540. it has the qa attachment. it is very easy to attach the bucket or forks. you can put on or take the loader off in under five minutes. like someone mentioned before, this loader is made for this tractor. i've moved heaping buckets full of soaking wet dirt and big loads of lumber on the forks with no problems at all. my rear wheels have the cast disc centers and are filled with rim guard.

diddo on above. the 1353 on my 85 has been flawless, I think the only issue w/this type of hitch (probably as with about any) would be how close the tolerances were made on the attachment itself to mate to the Fels skid steer. any quality attachment should be there anyway. how much does the Quickie exceed the lifting capacity of the 1353 (around 2950 in power mode) if something blew on the hydraulics of your new tractor w/Quickie, would K honor warranty? but your desire to find the best setup for yourself (albeit aftermarket) is well taken, been down that road myselfmany times. assume Quickie's hydraulic requirements match the 17 gpm of the tractor. good luck bb
