Mistakenly clicked on "Mark all Read" is there a way to UN-MARK it?

Try logging out...clear all the cookies and cache and log back on...

Nope, that is tracked in the database. All threads are now marked as read as of the date and time that you hit that button.
Any posts made after that time will not be marked as read unless you actually opened the thread.

Click on todays posts. They will come up in order showing the time they were posted. I've done that by mistake before but generally check in several times per day so I always have less than 100 new posts to read.

If you use Firefox, click on the little down arrow to the immediate left of the circled back arrow, that will drop down a menu of the latest page views. Click one of the "Search Results" below the all read and it should put you back.
