madreferee's clamp on fork plans

Hi All, new guy here, I was looking for madreferee's clamp on bucket forks plans, but was sad to find out he had passed away a couple of years ago. I dont suppose anyone could point me in the direction of his latest plans for the forks and dethatcher?
