Mahindra 1526 Bucket volume?

Does anybody know the Bucket volume of the stock Mahindra 1526 bucket? I'm looking to get concrete delivered, but i'll need to bucket the concrete from the street to the project location. I'm wondering how many trips it will take and how heavy the bucket filled with concrete would be.

7.8 cubic feet or 0.288889 cubic yards according to the Mahindra attachments catalog.

According to your specs you have a bucket that can support 7.8 cubic feet calculate that to square yards. A truck will be able to bring 8 to 9 cubic yards at a time. If you can at all make it able to back up to the project area it would be in your best interest. Companies that deliver like to just go to a site drop the load and go as fast as they can. Just an FYI.

I'm looking for 5 yards of concrete, so rounded down to .25 yards per bucket it will be 20 trips at 1,000 lbs per bucket load. If the truck is willing to back across my yard and dump direct even better, but the bucket is sure better than wheel barrow's!

These drivers drive their trucks everyday. Most of the time you get really good drivers. They can usually put the truck wherever you want them too as long as the ground will hold the weight of the truck and they can get in and get out. I dont know if they'd be patient enough for you to make 20 trips with your tractor. The concrete might set up before you're done. Just from my experience. Hope all goes well.

Patients is not issue, they charge for the extra on-site time, but the concrete has it's own time limit that is non negotiable. With some luck they can drive across my yard. The tractor is a good plan B.

Another option but rather expensive is to hire a pumper truck. I had to do it to pour the roof on my storm room (10 yards) as couldn't get a truck up above the room on the hill. They charged me $450 to pump the 10 yards. A lot of concrete trucks around here are 4wd and have wide, flotation type tires on the front so they can handle most situations. They still cannot pour uphill though !!!
