Mahindra 2538 front loader pin vibration

Hey everyone,

I've been searching for a simple solution to the problem of the front loader pins on my Mahindra rattling so much when I'm mowing.

Came up with this and thought I'd share. I cut two 10" zip ties in half, then shoved the folded cut part in two and wedged it in where the smaller pin inserts, then used the rest of the tie to hold it in place. Here's a pic:

So far so good. Ran it at mowing RPM and no rattle!

Hi Randy,

Nice idea! My eMax25 rattles on start-up with the bucket at rest like every engine bolt is loose. I know it's just the pins but gonna try this!
