I stopped back to the dealer today expecting to pick the tractor up and take it home to weld. Unfortunately, my lower transmission casing on the right side also cracked off and needs replacement. I guess the loader bracket either mounted into that area or the bracket torqued down and smashed the corner off? The dealer told me approx. another $2,500 (on top of the $2,300). I have pictures which I need to download and send later.

Sorry, that is a bitter pill to swallow. Maybe try contacting Mahindra direct, and hope they would sell you parts at a discount.

I found bolts loose on my loader. I was not going to check the Max28 bolting as the only fasteners that ever got a little loose on my +2000 hour hard worked L39 has been a few bolts on the 4 Post FOP. Warning on TBN got me curious, and yes the hard to reach bolts were loose.
