Mahindra 3510 PTO not working

I'm new to Mahindra. Just purchased a 3510 with FEL serial # Y03 so I guess it's either 2005 or 2006. When I got it home PTO worked fine. I removed the FEL for easier access and replaced all the fluids, front end, engine oil and hydralic oil. After all the fluids were replaced with the FEL still off my PTO will not work. All the lights work switch in manual or auto,lever in either 540 or 1000. I am mechanically inclined and have read all the help on many forums. I have tried pushing in the button at the back of the solenoid and sprayed in WD40. I have power to the PTO solenoid, and can feel it kicking in when I switch on the PTO in either manual or auto. I am at my wits end. I don't want to start throwing parts at it. Any suggestion are welcome.

My first thought is are you sure the 540/1000 lever is not centered in the neutral position?
Also when testing in the auto mode make sure the 3 point arms are not all the way up

Thanks for your suggestions, all those concerns were taken but still no PTO working

Thanks. That was also tried with no luck. Still no PTO.

Are you here looking/hoping for a simple quick fix (as in this or that wire fell off) or are you willing to get your hands dirty and get off into it?

On my 4110 I have had the Fel off for field cutting with the flail mower and I had no problem
The OP’s 3510 should be the same as far as the hydraulic system operates
I know he tested the solenoid but is it the problem?

When I purchased the 3510 there was a problem with the 4wd staying in gear. Ended up having to replace the 4wd shifter fork, the spring and ball bearing were missing and the shifter fork was bent, while doing this I found a piece of a bearing lying on the HML shifter. After investigation found the rear bearing for the 4wd shaft was chewed up. So we had to split the tractor to replace a $14.00 bearing. So I do not mine getting my hands dirty if I have some idea of what I am looking for.
I do have power to the PTO solenoid, I also can feel the the button kick in when the switches are activated.
Today I did remove the solenoid and cleaned the solenoid. Cleaned the shaft the solenoid goes over. Used a phillips screwdriver to work the button and sprayed wd40 while working it in and out. All things I've read on forums. Hoping all this would work but after all this, Still no PTO working

Did you have the entire PTO valve off or just the solenoid portion? With the complete valve off you should be able to air check the clutch pack through one of the exposed ports. The parts list shows a steel line under the valve adapter casting but I can't tell if that's oil supply to the valve or the supply to the clutch. I would probably go there next to see if you can hear the clutch engage when charged with air. If you can hear the clutch engage, the problem must be in valve somewhere (or in the supply to it).

thanks I only removed the solenoid and cleaned it. There is a steel line under the valve that has a plug. I removed the plug and activated the PTO and fluid did come out of the plug when the switch was activated.
