You're right. The guy is a jerk. Trees are unpredictable. A good friend of mine was killed when a tree his hammock was tied to fell and crushed him.

Well, you got me on that one. I thought maybe I could get away with a bit of artistic license here, but you guys are too sharp for me. Fact of the matter is, he was a colleague and an apposing attorney whom I faced several times in my career. He had a tendency to irk me at times, but we got along well.
