well I live on a hill and valley. The hill section they logged last year and it looks good. I have cord wood guy in there know taking what the lumber guys lefte behind.

The Lumber guys are supposed to be coming back shortly to finish the job in the valley where it is typically wet. I have everything marked that they are going to cut. If they cut trees that are not marked I'll be able to tell because the stump where the markings are must still be showing after the tree is cut. So far they have been very good to deal with.

Here's hoping it stays that way.

I was wondering if one of the tow-behind wheel rakes sold by Northern Tools would remove leaves and pine needles. Anyone tried it?

( that's what I did. I made the roughed out trail, by just draggin the teeth of the box blade and pulling out the brush and smaller trees. )

Hey jay i am not trying to be a smart --- but just thought i would say be careful when you drag those scarifiers.
I had mine all the way down and the top link shortened all the way and was just a getting it. i hit a root and the tractor STOPPED pretty quick! i ended up bending one lift link attachment pin on my box blade and one scarifier.
and hey it jarred me pretty good to.

just thought i would share that so if it happens to you, you can say "hey i heard of this happening!" /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
