Manuals- Service, owners, etc (If you need diagrams)

I recently obtained electronic version of the 3510 and 4110 "New sheet metal" (circa 2004-ish) service manuals, owners manual, flat rate manual (good for pics).

I found during my last repair that diagrams and info aren't "easy" to find. Because of that, I am willing to share the occasional diagram or section, if somebody needs it.

Due to copyright, I cannot share "copies" of the manuals or post large sections at a time, but I'll help when I can.

That's it. Just looking to help out fellow Mahindra owners.

The only problem I have with my 3540 (2015) is finding a diagram showing how the steering wheel TILT cylinder and foot pedal assemble as you install a replacement high pressure gas cylinder to the foot pedal arm when cylinder isn't frozen. royal@copper.net,

Sorry, my manuals don't cover that, just the 3510. It is a manual tilt, apparently much smaller than yours if it tilts with a cylinder?

Honestly I can not say enough good things about the dealership Melroebobcat represents... GREAT / Honest folks. Fast Service!! I took my Max28 there once for the dreaded fuel solenoid issue some owners have had... stopped in a few separate times to buy fluids / filters etc.... Each time I walk in (random MONTHS apart) the Service desk guys know me and what tractor I have - by name (and this is a busy / moving dealership). Blown away by that! Melroebobcat and crew love what they do... and are TRULY customer focused!

Can anyone tell me for sure if an actual printed Service manual is available for the Mahindra 2538? To make a long story short, my dealer promissed me one when I bought the tractor, didn't deliver on that promise, and now claims that you can't even buy one from Mahindra. I find that to be highly questionable. That said, I know the owners manual is just chock-full of errors, but still, if it exists I want it.

Funny I have one for my 1538 but it really isn't worth much. It's about the sorriest excuse for a service manual that I've ever seen.

If it's anything like the manual for my 1538 it isn't worth $14.50 or even $1.45 must less $145. It doesn't even have an engine wiring diagram in it.

I have one for my 1538, it does NOT have the engine harness diagram, just the chassis wiring for all the models of 1538, shuttle, HST and cab. It really is a crappy manual and is nowhere even close to the service manual I have for my truck. There is not one part number in it either, not even for the filters. Nothing at all on the engine, nothing, nada, double ought zip. I don't know what other manuals Mahindra may have but the service and operator's manuals I have are both pathetic. Their service manual simply isn't worth that kind of money.

For what it is, Mahindra should put it on their website in pdf form for download and not charge a dime for it.

I can say most other brands like bobcat have a website bobcatpartsonline.com . Cat you have to have a serial number to lookup parts

when it comes to Mahindra I completely agree, one thing I can do is submit your complaint to the national service rep
