Massey 135. 3 point hitch issue

Hello friends. So here's the issue. 3 point works well just is doing strange things. I know I have a leak inside somewhere because it won't stay up after I shut the tractor off. But here's the issue. The 3 point will go all the way up no issue but, for some reason, it won't go all the way down when the tractor is running. It's close, but not all the way. This is a recent issue.. like I said. No other problems. Anyone have any ideas?

Does drop to the ground very quickly after you shut down? Suppose it auto adjust height all the time?

Yes. Exactly. Turn off the tractor, it drops to the ground. And when I turn it back on, it raises to highest setting no matter if I have the position control set down or not.

You have the draft control all the way back?

I just looked. Draft control is set all the way to the down position

So you can't use the 3pt? Goes all the way up and doesn't respond to the position controll?

No, it still works when running. Will go up and down. Just won't bottom out like it should while running. It will when I turn it off though.

Pull the hydraulic cover and check for wear and do a adjustment of the controlls,
