Attachments, custom builds, whatever you got, lets see 'em.

The first thing I did with mine was to go out and scoop up a dead fall in my field. Yes, I could have used the chain saw and hauled it back to the wood stove, but what fun would that have been!

I bought my GC1715 mid July 2015. It didn't take long for it to start earning its keep.

It helped me install a brand new B&S 18 HP Vangard engine in my Simplicity Landlord. The forks came from Titan, and have been a tremendous help as you can see.

The hoist is an electric hoist from Harbor Freight. I have more than gotten my money's worth from it too.

Other chores the GC has completed is tilling my old garden and getting it ready for seeding with Crimson Clover. I don't have current photos of the garden, but it sure does look good with all that vibrant green growing in it.

I love this tractor!

I cut a lot of wood in the winter to heat my house and shop. I have around 20 acres of woods behind the house where I do most of the cutting. My main method of getting wood out of the woods is with my ATV and a trailer. I had this hairbrain idea to build some forks for my 1715 so I could just cut 8' logs and haul them back to the wood stove. The bucket has a hole on each side near the top. I bolted a 2X4 to the bucket through the holes, and built from there. Very crude, but it actually worked. I was hoping to haul two logs back, but one seemed to be about the limit.

Hauled out some logs today.

The homemade forks were working great, until I tried to pick up a big slob of a log. Bolt pulled through the pine board. Will replace with oak boards next.
