Massey vs. Kioti

Truthfully a good dealer, if he has company support, can be a bigger difference than the brand they sell. My nearest JD dealer hasn't been very good for me. The next one father away is great. The MF dealer I use has been super easy to work with and the staff is all up to par. The next one farther away is a MF/Kubota dealer. He overprices the MF tractors to move more Kubota's, but has the repuation of having a great shop crew and is very competive on equipment pricing. Shopping a dealership can be as important as the brand.
My 1433v is a rebadged Iseki. The 2 larger tractors are MF produced.

Most definately.

Edit: To expand. Just like tractors, a good dealer is the one that has the best fit for me. If I make my living off my tractors, having a nearby accessable dealer is important. If I'm going to have the dealer doing all the scheduled maintenance, a nearby accessable dealer is important. If I'm a light user and do all my own maintenance a nearby dealer is not an absolute necessity for me. Fortunately, I've not had a major failure in 11 years of CUT ownership. In the past I've averaged a visit to the dealer every 2 years for small parts or maintenance items. In recent years, with the advent of virtual shopping, it's easier to make a call or go online and have the items shipped right to the door.

I dont like fiberglass fenders on tractors. I know they may be ok, but I guarantee I would bust them bush hogging. I think the kioti looks pretty well built, except for the fiberglass fenders.

The Kioti models I'm familiar with all have steel fenders. Are there some Kioti models out there that have fiberglass fenders?

The DK45S, DK55, DK65S have fiberglass fenders.
All other models have steel.

Sounds like you need to buy a Mahindra.

Look at the 500 MF's with MFWD. I had a 481 before getting my 596 and have a friend that just got a 573. They will pull or push more than you would believe. I moved tons of dirt with my 481 and never did find a load it couldn't lift push or pull. The price on a 500 series won't be much, if any higher than indian brand and parts, service and resale value will be there.:)

I wonder which has a larger margin of profit for him, I'll bet its the Massey.

Whats the point! if one sell a tractor and makes 2000.00 or if he needs to move a tractor becouse it old stock and lossed -300.00
