I have a 40' by 60' Mueller building with two insulated garage doors - an 18 footer and a 10 footer, both 12 feet tall. The walls are 19' tall. There is also a personnel door. The entire building has 3.5 inch vinyl backed insulated under the skin.
With post tension slab and everything turnkey it cost about $32K about 5 years ago. It is a weldup - not bolted together. It would have taken several weeks to get a bolt-up kit - the weldup was quicker and I like it better anyway, since I don't plan on ever taking the building down.
There was some extra labor involve in framing out for the windows since we then built living quarters in part of the building.
I am extremely happy with the quality of Mueller materials.
