My setup is similar, Meyer 6' for $75 (roadside bargain)
about another $75 for new face & misc. steel & bits
A reworked Free-bee double acting cylinder to turn it with some rigging.
Mine had a pretty good cutting edge, but a old timer showed me his setup with a heavy Tube (2") welded on the bottom to keep from scarfing the concrete, float above the gravel/stones, & keep from pealing the turf out. Bonus is you can lose gauge shoes & trip springs to shed some pounds.
seems to work very good & the tube is on it's third year w/out much wear.

Sorry for the late response but any fabricator can weld it up for you. Just make a templet or a careful drawing with detailed measurements. If I made you one it would cost twice as much as the materials to ship it.
